What is searched?

The results from this search come from any combination of these three sources:

  1. Feat Name - the name of the feat, which also links to the feat detail
  2. Feat Summary - the brief description of the feat, displayed to the right of the feat name
  3. Feat Detail - the complete feat description, displayed after the feat name is clicked
Results are displayed with matching words in BOLD RED CAPS. Feat types (i.e. Divine, Epic, etc.) are displayed as [Feat Type].

How are feats searched?

Three sets of results are displayed when a word or phrase is searched. These sets are displayed by highest match first.

  1. Exact Phrase - The search results in this set match the search exactly as it was typed. This is the default result for searches on a single word. If the feat name is known, or a certain word phrase known, this is the best set of results to find feats (i.e. a search for improved turning).
  2. All Words - The search results in this set match ALL the words in the search. This set of results is best if a certain word phrase can vary on the same words (i.e. a search for turn undead can yield: turn or rebuke undead, turning undead).
    NOTE: Exact Phrase search results are not displayed in this set.
  3. Any Words - The search results in this set match ANY of the words in the search. This is the broadest search type. This set of results is best for remaining search results that might possibly relate to the intended search (i.e. a search for undead critical).
    NOTE: Exact Phrase search results are not displayed in this set.
